40 Back squats 70/50kg
800m run with a sandbag 30/15kg
30 Back squats 80/55kg
400m farmers carry 32/24kg
20 Back squats 90/62.5kg
200m run with an atlas stone 45/30kg
10 Back squats 100/70kg
800m run
