Air squat and toes to bar technique

Work up to weight that you can comfortably squat clean for 10 reps in 1 minute

Team Thorium Qualifier WOD 1

Working in pairs alternating with your partner for 1 minute on each, complete as many reps as possible of:
Min 1 - Air squats athlete 1
Min 2 - Air squats athlete 2
Min 3 - Air squats athlete 1
Min 4 - Air squats athlete 2
Min 5 - Air squats athlete 1
Min 6 - Air squats athlete 2
Min 7 - Toes to bar athlete 1
Min 8 - Toes to bar athlete 2
Min 9 - Squat clean athlete 1
Min 10 - Squat clean athlete 2
Min 11 - Squat clean athlete 1
Min 12 - Squat clean athlete 2
Min 13 - Squat clean athlete 1
Min 14 - Squat clean athlete 2

The WOD is scored in 2 parts:
Score for minutes 1-8 is the total reps completed.
Score for minutes 9-14 is the weight used multiplied by the reps completed. Athletes can use a barbell each and will have the bar set up prior to the WOD staring. Athletes can not change the weight during the WOD.
