CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

In teams of 4 (2 men, 2 women) complete the two parts below

Part A

All members must be back from each 400m before setting off on the next 400m, to complete the following for time:

400m with 2x32kg kettlebells and 2x24kg kettlebells
400m with 1x20kg, 1x15kg, 1x10kg and 1x5kg plate
400m with 1x30kg sandbag and 1x15kg sandbag

Part B

4 rounds of:
4x100m sled pulls @ 50/40% of body weight 

At the call of 3-2-1-GO athlete 1 pulls the sled 50m out and 50m back as quick as possible and the time is recorded. The sled weight is changed and athlete 2 then pulls the sled 100m for time. Repeat this for athletes 3 and 4. The times are added together to give a team time for round 1. Complete a further 3 rounds to make 4 total rounds. Teams have no more than 30 seconds to change the weight and make ready the next athlete.
