Efficiency of movements in the WOD
Metcon
Working in same sex pairs complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes on each of the following:
Stone to shoulder 65/45kg
50' Sled pull 100/70kg (change the working athlete whenever you want)
Wall climbs (only one athlete working at any time)
80' Partner carry (alternate every 80')(scale to a sandbag carry)
Log ground to overhead
Tyre deadlift 110/80kg
80' Wheel barrow walk (alternate every 80')
Pull ups (assisted if needed)
Synchronised down ups
15 second transition between stations
3-2-1-GO!!
