CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

Working in groups of 3 complete 2 rounds of the following for time:
Athletes take it in turns to all complete the first element before moving onto the second element and then the third

200/120m Farmers walk 32/24kg
200/120m Atlas stone carry 35/20kg
200/120m Plate carry 20/15kg

The 2 athletes that are not carrying equipment move through 3 stations to complete as many reps as possible in the time it takes the carrying athlete to complete the 200/120m carry. The stations are:

Rowing for calories
Burpees
Double unders
(Every 10 complete set of double unders will count as 1 rep for the purpose of scoring on this WOD eg. 128 double unders would be 12 reps)

Your score will be your time as a team but you are also competing individually against those in your group to get the most reps in the AMRAP element. The faster you run with the equipment the less time your partners have on the AMRAP!
