Double under technique

Work to a  heavy 3 rep hang squat snatch

Metcon

With a partner of the opposite sex complete 4 rounds of the following:

1 minute to complete AMRAP double unders
3 minutes to establish a 3 rep max hang squat snatch
4 minute rest

Your score each round will be each individual's double unders x 3rm hang squat snatch weight added together (Athlete 1 120 DU's x 100kg = 12000 + Athlete 2 100 DU's x 50kg = 5000 = Total 17000)
