Working with a same sex partner complete as many reps as possible on the triplet in the time it takes to complete the runs:

The two athletes alternate between the following for time:

200m with a 20/15kg barbell overhead 
200m with a 30/20kg atlas stone
200m with a 15/10kg plate
400m with 2 x 32/24kg kettlebells

In the time it takes to complete the above complete as many rounds as possible of:

20 Jumping lunges
20 Hand release press ups
20 AbMat sit ups
