Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes alternate between the following:

5 Squat snatches @ 60% 1RM
10 Wall balls 9/6kg to a 10/9' target

Complete 5 rounds for time with a 1 minute rest between each round:

5 Power snatch 52.5/35kg
5 Overhead squats 52.5/35kg
10 Hand release press ups
30 Double unders
