Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes alternate between the following:
10 Chest to bar pull ups
5 Unbroken clean and jerks starting at 60% of 1RM. Increase the weight each set by 5kg if above 50kg / 2.5kg if below 50kg


Complete 5 rounds for time with a 1:1 rest after each round:

15 Over bar burpees
10 Thrusters 50/35kg
