Alternate between the following with a 60 second rest for 4 max efforts of:

Toes to bar
Strict handstand press ups into kipping


Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes complete:

Odd minutes - 4 Power snatch (touch and go) @ 65% 1RM power snatch
Even minutes - 4 Wall climbs

If you miss a rep reduce the reps by 1 in the next round
