With a partner of the same sex alternate a full round each to complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Backwards lunge steps with a barbell in front rack 60/42.5kg
100m run carrying a kettlebell 32/24kg
10 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg
