Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 75% of the 1RM established above

In same sex pairs share the work however you want and working at the same time to complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 Squat snatches 52.5/35kg
40 Burpees
20 Assisted bar muscle ups
