Skill / Strength

Establish a 1 rep max touch and go squat clean

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 75% of the 1RM established above


Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes on the following ladder:

1 Hang power clean and press 60/42.5kg
1 Over bar burpee
1 Chest to bar pull up

2/2/2, 3/3/3, 4/4/4.....etc
