Establish a max weight on the 'Klokov' complex

Clean style deadlift, Squat clean, 3 Sec pause front squat, Push press, 3 Sec pause dip jerk

Metcon

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

2 x 5 rep complex - Deadlift, squat clean, front squat, push press, split jerk 52.5/35kg
20 Lateral jumps over the bar

(If the bar is dropped/rested on the floor during the whole complex you must start the complex again)
