Establish a 5 rep max power clean and split jerk and then a 5 rep max overhead squat

In same sex pairs with one barbell and only one athlete working at any time complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

6 Split jerk 60/42.5kg
10 Overhead squats 60/42.5kg
14 Power cleans 60/42.5kg
