Establish a 1 rep max squat clean

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 75% of the 1RM established above

In same sex pairs share the work however you please to complete the following for time:

40 Wall balls 9/6kg to a 10' target
30 Burpee box jumps 24/20"
20 Hang power cleans 70/50kg

Rest 3 minutes and repeat - Score is the two times added together
