CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

On the minute every minute for 18 minutes complete:

4 Front squats @ 60% of 1RM (bar to be taken from the floor)
6 Burpee box jump overs 24/20"
AMRAP pull ups in the remaining time of each minute

Each time you fail to complete any pull ups in the remaining time the front squat and the burpee box jump overs are reduced by 1 rep (minimum reduction is to 1 rep of each). Your score is your total reps completed including all front squats, burpee box jump overs and pull ups.
