3 Attempts to establish a 3 rep max weighted pull up

Then complete a maximum unbroken set at 80% of the above (include body weight for calculation)


Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

5 Ground to overhead 60/42.5kg
15 Over bar Burpees
5 Muscle ups
25 Double Unders
