Work up to a heavy but manageable 8 rep hang power snatch and 8 rep thruster in preparation for the WOD

'Remembrance Day WOD'

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:

11 Hang power snatch 35/25kg
11 Burpees
11 Thrusters 35/25kg
11 Pull Ups

With the clock going up from 0:00, at the 11th minute pause the WOD for 1 minutes silence
