Establish a 5 rep max weighted pull up

Then complete a maximum unbroken set at 85% of the above (include body weight for calculation)

Toes to bar
Hang power snatch 42.5/30kg

21-15-9
Over bar burpees 
Hang power clean and press 42.5/30kg
