CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

5 rounds of 4 mins to complete as many reps as possible of:

You have 2 mins to run 400m (if you are back within the time you may rest the remainder of the 2 mins)
Then complete AMRAP in 2 mins of:

3 Knees to elbows
6 Hand release press ups
9 Left arm kettlebell clean and press 24/16kg

9 Right arm kettlebell clean and press 24/16kg
12 Jumping lunges

Each time you return to the AMRAP start where you left off. Score is the total reps  achieved over the 5 rounds.
