In same sex teams of three, you have 20 minutes for each athlete to establish a max weight on the following complex:

5 Deadlifts, 5 hang squat cleans, 5 shoulder to overhead, 5 front squats


In the same team of 3 in a relay style you have 7 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible of:

100 meter shuttle runs carrying a 20/15kg plate
