On the minute every minute complete:

6 box jumps at 24/20", 6 down ups and then in the remainder of the minute as many reps as possible of Deadlifts at 70% of 1 rep max (note reps per round)


In pairs alternate between the stone and the run to complete 5 rounds for time of:

5 Atlas stone to shoulder 65/45kg
Rd 1 - 200m Plate carry 20/15kg
Rd 2 - 200m Kettlebell carry 32/20kg
Rd 3 - 200m Double kettlebell carry 24/16kg
Rd 4 - 200m Barbell overhead 20/15kg
Rd 5 - 200m Run
