3 Attempts to establish a 3 rep max touch and go squat clean

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 80% of the 3RM established above

Metcon

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

1 Squat clean at 90% of the weight established above
3 Muscle ups
5 Over bar burpees
