3 Attempts to establish a 5 rep max touch and go squat snatch

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 85% of the 5RM established above


In teams of 3, athletes will rotate between a 250m row, the couplet and 'rest', to row as many meters as possible and complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes on the following:

7 Hang power snatch 42.5/30kg
7 Toes to bar
