On the minute every minute for 10 minutes complete:

4 Chest to bar pull ups
6 Hand release press ups
8 Jumping lunges
Then in the remaining time complete as many double unders as possible

Note your double under score each round and to total of all 10 rounds is your score

Skill / Strength

Establish a 5 rep max split jerk

Then complete a maximum unbroken set at 85% of the 5RM established above
