3 Attempts to establish a 5 rep max weighted pull up

Then complete a maximum unbroken set at 85% of the above (include body weight for calculation)


With a partner complete the following, sharing the work however you want but ensuring that both athletes complete at least 1 rep of each set of KB swings and pull ups EVERY round. The kettlebell swings can start as soon as one athlete is back from the run but athletes can not leave on the run until the pull ups are complete.
