Battle of the Beasts semi final

5 Minutes to establish a max weight on the following complex:

1 squat snatch into 1 hang squat snatch

Then after 30 seconds rest complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

Bar muscle ups

Battle of the Beasts WOD 4

On the minute every minute for 8 minutes complete:

3 Pull ups
6 Press ups
9 Squats
Then in the remaining time in each minute complete AMRAP double unders

Your score is the total double unders completed
