On the minute every minute for 8 minutes complete:

3 Deadlifts at 75% of 1 rep max, 6 box jumps at 24/20" and then in the remainder of the minute as many reps as possible of down ups (note reps per round)


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Toes to bar
10 Hand release press ups
15 Jumping squats
