Complete 3 rounds of the following with a 90 second rest between each. Use assistance or add weight where necessary:

10 Strict pull ups

10 Press ups
10 Ring pulls
10 Strict ring dips


Complete the following for time:


Ground to overhead with a plate 20/15kg
Burpees with a jump to standing tall on the plate
