Hey guys and girls,

I posted this on the CrossFit Plymouth FB group and it had quite a bit of interest from other box's. If you are keen to join in at your respective box that would be cool. Dad came to support CFP at many events and some of you may remember him.
Saturday 7th September:

Ray Bish the legend i was privileged to call Dad bravely passed away on Thursday 29th of August 2013 at 1am.

Dad was a huge part of CFP and represented what CFP is all about - love, laughs, hard work and community. He had time for everyone and part of his heart was always in Plymouth.

To honour his life I would like to invite you to make your way down on Saturday and put yourself through living hell with me. To do this I have conjured up the following masterpiece:

20 Min AMRAP

29 Double Unders
8 STOH 65/45
13 Burpee Pull Ups

Dad's last days were hard and he fought for every breath. I invite you to show the bravery he showed and push your body to its physical limits to try and match the strength and fight that Dad displayed. Scaling in weight and movement is fine, scaling on intensity is simply not an option!

This will run with around 10 people at a time from 09:30. The box will be open from 09:00 in preparation but there will be no advanced session just one big hell fest for the big dog.
