CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

In opposite sex pairs complete the following for time:
The 24kg kettlebell must be held by one or both athletes at all times and can not touch the floor at any time until the run at the end or there is a 5 burpee penalty.

50 Toes to bar
50 Synchronised goblet squat (both holding the kettlebell) 24kg
50 Alternate box jumps ups (the athlete jumping/stepping can not be holding the kettlebell)
50 Synchronised backwards lunge steps on the spot (both holding the kettlebell) 24kg
50 Kettlebell snatches (1 each arm = 1 rep) / Kettlebell swings 24kg
