CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

With an opposite sex partner complete the following 3 parts

Part A

You have one barbell and 10 minutes to both establish a 5 rep max ground to overhead (touch and go)

Part B

Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

Wall balls 9/6kg to a 10/9' target

One partner is doing wall balls while the other is completing double unders. The amount of double unders in insignificant, however the wall balls can only be counted while the partner is successfully completing double unders. Partners may change roles whenever they want.

Part C

With only 1 athlete working at any time, complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

20 Burpee over box steps 24/20" with 1 x 24/16kg kettlebell
20 Single alternating arm Russian style kettlebell swings 24/16kg
20 Strict pull ups (May be assisted by the partner as long as standards are met)

3-2-1-GO!!
