Skill / Strength

With a partner of the same sex you have 20 minutes to both establish a 5 rep max thruster from the floor and a max effort pull up attempt. Score is thruster weight + pull up total

Metcon

In opposite sex pairs 3 rounds to complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

5 Synchronised thrusters 40/27.5kg (reach full extension together)
5 Strict pull ups each (assisting each other if needed)
5 Synchronised over bar burpees (chest to the floor together)

3 minute rest between rounds

3-2-1-GO!!
