60 Foot barbell team lunge with log/bar

60 Foot wheelbarrow walks with log/bar

Atlas stone technique, then:

2 Minutes to complete as many atlas stone to shoulder lifts as possible at a weight of your choice
Score = Weight x reps


In teams of 4 complete as many reps as possible in 2 rounds, with 2 minutes on each of the following:

Pull ups / Ring pull ups
Tyre ground to overhead 
Thruster / Shoulder to overhead 35kg
Synchronised burpee box jumps 20"
