Establish a 5 rep max thruster

Metcon

In pairs with only one athlete working at any time, allocate the work however you want to complete as many reps as possible in 18 minutes on the following ladder:

1 Thruster 42.5/30kg
1 Pull up
2 Thrusters 42.5/30kg
2 Pull ups
3 Thrusters 42.5/30kg
3 Pull ups
4/4, 5/5, 6/6, 7/7, 8/8, 9/9, 10/10.....etc

Every minute stop and complete 4 burpees each. Work only continues when both athletes have completed the burpees.
