In opposite sex pairs, the male athlete works first and must complete all the reps at each exercise before the female must do the same to complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

10/6 Pull ups
10/6 Handstand press ups
10/6 Box jumps 24"
10/8 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg
40 Foot wheelbarrow walk each
50/35 Double unders
100m Partner carry
