Complete the following for time:
20 Box jump overs 24/20"
10 Ground to overhead (via a clean) 50/35kg
20/10 Pull ups
10 Power snatch 50/35kg
20 Burpees
10 Thrusters 50/35kg
20 Toes to bar
10/5 Handstand press ups
20 Wall balls 20/14lb
Time cap - 10 mins
3-2-1-GO!!

Part A
Strength in Depth Qualifier 1
In pairs complete the following for time:
42-30-18
Shoulder to overhead 50/35kg
Box jump overs 24/20"
Part B
In teams of 4 complete as many squats as a team with 60kg barbell as possible in 12 minutes. At all times either 1 athlete must be carrying a 32kg kettlebell 200m or 2 athletes must be carrying a 32kb kettlebell 260m. If athletes are not on the run they must be squatting the barbell.
The WOD is scored in 2 parts - 1 Total squats completed 2 Total runs completed with the kettlebell
