Battle of the Beasts Qualifier 14.2 - Max power output

Complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

Front squats (from the rack or the floor)

Athletes can choose whatever weight they wish but this cannot be changed during the 3 minute time period. Only athletes can touch the bar during the 3 minutes. 

Your score is your weight x reps

eg. If you get 30 reps at 60kg your score would be 1,800
