Skill / Strength

Alternate between the following for 3 rounds with a 60 second rest between sets:

10 Strict pull ups
10 GHD back extensions
10 Strict ring dips
10 Arch to hollow body on the bar


Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes on the following ladder starting with 1 of each, then 2 of each then 3,4,5,6,7 etc:

Handstand press up
Pull up
Sit up
Goblet squat 24/16kg
