20 Shoulder taps from a wall climb with nose and toes to the wall
Accumulate 30 seconds in a free handstand
Max effort handstand walk

Complete the following for time:

40 GHD Sit ups
20 Thrusters with a kettlebell in front rack, left arm 24/16kg
20 Thrusters with a kettlebell in front rack, right arm 24/16kg
40 Foot handstand walk
40 Foot walking lunge with a single kettlebell overhead, left arm 24/16kg
40 Foot walking lunge with a single kettlebell overhead, right arm 24/16kg
