Competitors Class

Wild West and Tribal Clash Training

In teams of 4 (2 males and 2 females) complete the following for time of:

100m Partner carry (All 4 athletes must be carried at some point)
10 Wall climbs each (In any order but only 2 athletes can be working at any time) 
100m Partner carry (All 4 athletes must be carried at some point)
20 Tyre ground to overhead in pairs (All athletes must do at least 7 reps each in any order)
100m Partner carry (All 4 athletes must be carried at some point)
30 Log ground to overhead in pairs (After the first rep athletes must rotate in order so the lifting pair are different each lift and each athlete completes 2 lifts before rotating out)
100m Partner carry (All 4 athletes must be carried at some point)
40 Bar muscleups (Athletes must go up for only 1 rep at a time and must rotate in the same order)
100m Partner carry (All 4 athletes must be carried at some point)
50 Squats with a 80kg barbell (All athletes must be squatting the bar at the same time for all 50 reps)
