CrossFit Cheltenham WOD (Bodyweight Week)

Skill /Strength

Part A - Establish a 1 rep max squat clean (Calculate score as a percentage of your bodyweight and by way of Wilks Coefficient calculation)

Part B  - Complete as many walking lunges as possible with a barbell in front rack at 50% bodyweight


Alternate between the following for time:

7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Squat clean 40% of bodyweight
1-2-3-4-5-6-7 Handstand push ups
