Part A

Team 'Jackie'

In pairs complete the following for time:

1000m Row
50 Thrusters 20/15kg
30 Pull ups

Part B

In pairs you have 10 minutes to establish a 1 rep max snatch and a 1 rep max clean and jerk. The weight on the bar can only be increased. If either athlete fails to make a lift a score of zero will be recorded.
