Skill / Strength

Two rounds of the following with 90 seconds between each element to be done with good form:

10 Strict handstand press ups - deficit or scaled
8 Arch to hollow swings on the bar
20 Shoulder taps with nose and toes to wall
30' Arch to hollow body roll
3 Attempts at max hold of a freestanding handstand using the wall if needed

Metcon

5 Rounds of:

1:30 to run 200m for time (rest remaining time)
1:00 to handstand walk as far as possible
0:30 rest
