CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

Part A - You have 10 minutes to complete 3 rounds of:

15 Thrusters 42.5/30kg
15 Pull ups

Then in the remaining time establish a 10 rep max back squat

Part B - With a partner complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes on the following ladder:

5 Burpee box jumps 30/24"
5 Kettlebell deadlift 32/24kg

10,10/15,15/20,20/25,25/30,30.......etc
