Establish a max height box jump - Note your max height and then calculate your jump as a percentage of your height 
(Height jumped, divided by your height, times 100)


Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

25 Box jumps 24/20"
12 Hang power snatch at 30% of bodyweight
