Part A

Divided We Fall WOD 3

With a partner one athlete will complete a full round before athlete 2 begins and then continue to alternate rounds to complete as many reps as possible of:

12 Burpees
8 Pistols
6 Chest to bar pull ups

Part B

Divided We Fall WOD 4

Complete the following for time:

21-15-9

Deadlift 100/70kg
Overhead squat 60/42.5kg
(The barbell must be unloaded and loaded between each element by the athlete)

Time cap - 7 minutes 30 seconds

3-2-1-GO!!
