3 attempts to establish a maximum for weight used on the following complex:

1 x power clean
1 x hang power clean
1 x hang squat clean
1 x front squat
1 x push press
1 x push jerk
1 x split jerk

Metcon

3 Rounds for time and total reps of:

400m Run
Max effort hang power clean 50/35kg

Post time and the total reps for each of the 3 rounds.
