CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

2 Rounds to complete as many reps as possible in 1 minute on each of the following with a 1 minute rest between each station:

Back Squat 60/42.5kg
GHD sit ups
Wall Balls 20/14lb
Knees to elbows
Alternating leg split jerks 60/42.5kg
Hand release press ups
Wall climbs
Ring dips
